Same-day Tickets

Same-day tickets are available for sale at the exhibition venue same-day ticket counter (animate Osaka Nippombashi Annex 3F) and via eplus (https://eplus.jp/lam2024/).

• Limited edition merchandise vouchers for the event period will only be sold at the exhibition venue’s same-day ticket counter (animate Osaka Nippombashi Annex 3F).
• Animate points will not be earned when purchasing same-day tickets at the exhibition venue.

• To redeem limited edition merchandise, an advance ticket or same-day ticket for each limited edition merchandise voucher is required.

About Tickets

• Advance tickets via eplus are available until 11:59 PM on January 9 (Thursday), the day before the event.
• Starting January 10 (Friday), please purchase same-day tickets at the venue entrance or through eplus.
• Limited edition merchandise vouchers can only be purchased at the venue entrance from January 10 (Friday).
• There is a maximum of four tickets per application.
• Admission is limited, but not on a timed entry system.
• Changes or exchanges to purchased tickets is not permitted.
• Refunds, changes to the date and time or type of ticket due to personal reasons is not permitted.
• Ticket purchases for resale purposes is prohibited.
  The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to ticket transfer or resale.
• Each ticket includes an admission stub.
  Removing the admission stub prior to entry will prevent admission.
  Purchase confirmation emails or purchase history will not be accepted for entry.
  
• Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Preschoolers and toddlers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when entering, (Tickets must be purchased by a parent or guardian).
• Preschoolers and toddlers are allowed free admission. / Preschoolers and toddlers are not eligible to receive admission bonuses.
• For those with a disability certificate and will be accompanied by a caregiver, please note that free admission will be provided to one caregiver.
  (Tickets must be purchased by the attendee themselves. Caregivers are not eligible to receive admission bonuses.)
  Additionally, caregivers are not eligible to make purchases at the merchandise shop.
  
• Admission bonuses are available only to paid ticket holders at the exhibition venue.
• Changes or exchanges to purchased tickets is not permitted.

Advance Tickets

• Advance tickets are available in limited quantities. Sales will end once all stock is sold out.

Same-day Tickets

• Same-day tickets for the specified dates will be sold at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis only if there are remaining advance tickets.
  Sales will end once the remaining tickets are sold out.
  Information about the availability of same-day tickets will be announced on the event's official X (formerly Twitter) account the day before the event.
  
• Please note that same-day ticket sales may be suspended due to crowd conditions.
• Same-day tickets are available for purchase at the venue and through eplus.
  Tickets will be sold until February 2 (Sunday).
  
• Limited edition merchandise vouchers will only be sold at the venue entrance starting January 10, and will not be available through eplus.
• Same-day tickets purchased at the venue are valid only for the date of purchase. Entry may be delayed due to circumstances.
  To avoid congestion, advance tickets are recommended.
  
• Same-day ticket sales will end once the entry limit has been reached.

About Admission

• Resale tickets will be invalid and admission may be denied.
• To prevent ticket resale, we may require identity verification upon entry.
• Admission is not on a timed entry system.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Entry to the exhibition is required to use the gift shop.
• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition venue, except for capped beverages such as water bottles.

• In the event of over-crowding, entry may be restricted, or numbered tickets may be distributed to ensure visitor safety.

Notice Regarding the Venue

• Re-entry is not permitted.
• During peak times, you may be asked to wait before entering, or there may be changes to event times without prior notice.

• If it is determined that you are disrupting the safe operations of the event, you may be asked to leave or denied entry.

  * Feel unwell or are injured.
  * Find or lose an item.
  * Are lost or find someone who is lost (Announcements cannot be made inside the venue).
  
• For safety reasons, running inside or outside the venue is prohibited.
• Please refrain from sitting or engaging in activities in the aisles or other shared areas that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
• Eating and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
• There are no restrooms inside the venue.
• Pets are not allowed. (Excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs.)
• Replica swords or similar items is not permitted.
• The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to personal items, such as pre-purchased merchandise.
• Changing rooms and coatrooms are not available at the venue.
• Please refrain from bringing large luggage, such as suitcases, into the venue. (We are unable to store items at the venue.)
• To ensure the event runs smoothly and safely, we ask that all visitors please follow staff instructions.

• Please note that depending on circumstances, the event may be postponed, canceled, or have its content changed. For updates, please check this website or the event’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.
